The Review Proposal that Trustees approved on 12 March 2024 is to retain 100% of the Distributable Capital of the Trust.
The Trustees are now required to publically consult with the beneficiaries of the Trust before confirming their final decision.
Submissions closed on 23rd August 2024. A Public Meeting to consider the submissions will be held on 3rd September 2024 at Artisan Bakery at 1pm.
A further Public Meeting will be held on 17th September 2024 at Artisan Bakery at 1pm to confirm the final decision.
