At the Special General Meeting held on the 23rd of August the ordinary shareholders of the Company (The Trust) and the Redeemable Preference Shareholders voted to approve the adoption of a new Company constitution.
The amendments were necessary to update the Constitution for changes to legislation and the Trust Deed since 1997. It is now up to date and fit for purpose.
